At the outset of your journey, you'll likely experience a surge of momentum. You'll be lifting heavier, dropping dress sizes, and feeling unstoppable in your pursuit of your goals. It's an exhilarating feeling, one that fuels your ambition and drives you forward.

However, as you progress, you may hit a plateau—a point where progress seems to stall, and your efforts feel stagnant. It's important not to become discouraged during these times. Plateaus are a natural part of the process, signaling that it's time to reassess and adjust your approach.

Consistency is key during both the highs and lows of your journey. It's what separates those who achieve their goals from those who fall short. But building consistency isn't always easy—it requires dedication, resilience, and a willingness to adapt.

So, how can you cultivate consistency on your journey to success? Here are some actionable steps to help you stay on track:
