What is The STRENGTH CONNECTION Online?
STRENGTH CONNECTION online is our flagship small group strength training program. Our programs range from 30-60 mins depending on the training session, duration of the warm up, cool down, how well you understand the movements, and how many movements are in that training session.
How is the program delivered?
Via our interactive coaching app. Log your results and connect with the RFT coaches and community all in one place. Each programme has a 5 day split - 3 days focusing on progressive strength and 2 days focusing on capacity.
How long is my membership?
You are billed each week, with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks, after your initial 12 weeks your membership will be month to month.
Can anyone join the program?
Absolutely!! RFT prides itself on being an inclusive environment. Our program is for anyone looking to improve their health, wellbeing and fitness. With an exercise library available to you and monthly in app check ins with your coach you'll know how to do each exercise, no lift is too hard regardless of your experience!
What does the programming app look like?
We use our own RFT app which is the gold standard in strength programming software. It allows you to record your scores and tracks your numbers for predictable results so you don't have to do the guesswork.
