It’s very easy for us in this day and age for us to turn a blind eye to how our body is actually feeling. It’s not completely our fault either. When our body is in a constant state of discomfort we can adjust to this feeling and think that it’s normal. It’s only once we see the other side we realise that the grass is actually much, much greener.
It’s very easy to consume large amounts of toxins with our foods being so full of them in the forms of preservatives and chemicals. Our bodies become overloaded and this leads to our bodies become extremely acidic; leading to a whole host of potential issues.
Being in this state leads to many symptoms which include but are not limited to:
– Fatigue
– Bloating
– Inability to wake up
– Low energy levels
– Becoming sick regularly
– Insomnia
– Headaches
People walk around with these symptoms daily without making the connection that it could be what they are eating is what is causing this. Having these symptoms regularly is not normal physiological function. Because at the end of the day we are what we eat, literally.
The best way to see, is to cut out all the chemicals and preservatives and eat nutritious natural wholefoods. Do this for at least 1 month and take note daily of how you are feeling. See if any of the symptoms are going away. If you didn’t notice anything at first, after the first month, try some of the preservative and chemical ridden foods again and take note over the next few days of how you feel. Remember, sometimes it is not instant. Food especially food that isn’t the greatest for us, can be a delayed reaction.
It will be then at this point you will realise how fantastic you felt over the last month and how you now want to feel like this all the time. If you are interested in learning more about nutrition this Wednesday night, the 31st of May, we are running a seminar called ‘What the Macro’ at 730pm which is taken by Coach Wes. It will be a fantastic learning opportunity. To book in click here.
