Every 4 weeks at RFT we do a comprehensive body composition scan and in the month of April this is what Zac was able to accomplish
+ 1.8kg in muscle mass
- 0.7% in his body fat percentage
This is nothing short of incredible and it is a testament to Zac's hard work. Since joining RFT and doing PT with coach Scott Zac has developed not only physically with size and strength but in his mindset as well. He has learned it is not just training that will bring him results, but also being disciplined in nutrition and creating a lifestyle to support his goals. Zac has been loving the process and the community can't wait to see what this legend will achieve in the future!
