When Tina started here she was very cautious about weights training due to a pre existing neck injury. Through meeting Tina where she was at, together with her coach Bec, they built up confidence lifting weights and Tina has thrived in first 2 months here at RFT!
Tinas commitment to herself and the wholistic approach she is taking towards her health and fitness goals is truly inspiring.
Through her consistency both in and outside of the gym to her nutrition, movement and mindfulness Tina has:
1. Dropped 2.4% body fat!
2. Down 4.5cm around her waist!
3. Down 4cm around her hips!
Today she also achieved 2 PB’s on her trap bar deadlift (more than her own body weight!) and barbell bench press!!
