Terri Jeffcott
This week Terri came in for a scan and it proved that being consistent and persistent pays off. The numbers that came are a testament to the hard yakka she has been putting in.
Down 5kg body fat
Up 1kg muscle
+6 on her inbody score
How is this possible?
Terri has been keeping with her habits, being disaplined with nutrition and training 4 times per week, not treating anything like a chore but rather being joyful in knowing that through trusting the process over time results will follow
