We are excited to celebrate Rach, who has been on fire with her habits and training lately! Despite managing a serious medical condition that can sometimes challenge her health and fitness, Rach continues to persevere with grace and determination. On days when she isn’t feeling her best or when her body resists, she listens, adapts, and finds ways to keep moving forward.
Rach's progress has been nothing short of extraordinary. She’s been achieving an average of 5 personal bests per session—a truly remarkable feat! In addition to her training achievements, Rach set a goal to increase her daily steps. For three consecutive weeks, she consistently hit 8,500 steps each day, and we’ve now raised the goal to 10,000 steps. 🚶♀️
Rach's hot tip for staying on track: Set up a system that works for you. For example, if you’re not up for heading outside, try getting your steps in while watching a movie on the treadmill or finding another creative way to stay active indoors.
