KEVINS FIRST 12 WEEKS AT RFT!

Kevin Wang has been LAZER focused on his health and fitness journey over the last year, but more recently, he has taken an even deeper dive into prioritising his health. Many of us forget that if our health isn’t at its best, our fitness won’t be either.

Kevin faced a few mobility and stability challenges along with some health concerns, so we decided to dedicate the first 12 weeks of training this year to getting all of this under control before diving into heavier weights.

The Power of Prioritizing Health First

Instead of jumping straight into strength training, Kevin has been laser-focused on improving his mobility, stability, and overall well-being. These foundational improvements are crucial because achieving big strength goals requires a solid base of health.

And the results? Incredible! By addressing these smaller health goals first, Kevin has set himself up for long-term success. His dedication and discipline are truly paying off, and it's inspiring to see him tackle his goals from every angle possible.
