Meet Karen and Mark
Before they started, they weren’t regularly training and were feeling off track and unmotivated with their health and fitness. So, they decided to make a change.
Since joining RFT, they’ve respectively dropped 4kg, and are both down over 3% body fat. This comes from regularly meal prepping and a drastic change in habits, which they’ve monitored through habit tracking.
