METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and quarter the potatoes add a very little olive oil to the top of them and pepper and salt and toss them around in a bowl
  2. Add them to a lined, oven baking tray and place them in the oven for 30mins or more
  3. Make the marinade in a small screw lid container first. Add the tamari, garlic, sesame seed oil & ginger. Shake well
  4. Pour on top of the fish and than pan fry the fish. No longer than 3mins both sides
  5. Once everything is cooked add fresh coriander and parsley to the top as well as diced up chilli
  6. EASY, PEASY FRIDAY NIGHT SQUEEZEY!
