The most quick and easy Friday night throw together you’ll ever come across. HIGH in protein and take no longer than 30mins.
SERVE 2
400g white fish – I used whiting (200g per person)
2tbs tamari sauce
1tbs sesame seed oil
1tsp garlic
1tsp ginger
1/2 fresh birds eye chilli – optional
Fresh coriander & flat leaf parsley
4 white potatoes (depending on individuals daily calorie intake)
1tbs olive oil
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and quarter the potatoes add a very little olive oil to the top of them and pepper and salt and toss them around in a bowl
Add them to a lined, oven baking tray and place them in the oven for 30mins or more
Make the marinade in a small screw lid container first. Add the tamari, garlic, sesame seed oil & ginger. Shake well
Pour on top of the fish and than pan fry the fish. No longer than 3mins both sides
Once everything is cooked add fresh coriander and parsley to the top as well as diced up chilli
