The best way to enjoy a burger 🍔
SERVES 12 – Meat Patties
INGREDIENTS – Meat Patties
- 5OOg pork mince
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 egg
- 1tsp garlic, minced
- 1tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 brown onion, diced
- 1/2 bunch fresh coriander
- pepper and salt
INGREDIENTS – Spiced Sweet Potato
- 1 whole sweet potato
- 2tsp smoked paprika
- 1tsp dried herbs
- 2tsp cumin
- 2tsp curry powder
- 1tsp garlic, dried
- 2tbs olive oil
- 1 cup bone broth

METHOD
- Combine all the ingredients for the meat patties in a large mixing bowl, use your hands and mix well
- Roll them into your desired size (recipe should make 12) and place on a plate and put in the fridge for 30mins to set before cooking
- Pre heat the oven to 180+ fan forced and slice your sweet potato in half, length ways and then slice small slits across the top of the sweet potato
- Rub with oil and mix the spices together and then rub those into the oil/sweet potato
- Place in a lined baking tray then pour the bone broth in the bottom of the tray and allow to cook for a good 45mins, covered. Then take the foil off and cook for a further 10mins
- Remove the patties from the fridge and cook in a lightly oiled fry pan
- The bliss of these naked burgers is you can build your own.
