SERVES 3 – PENDING ON DAILY CALORIE INTAKE
INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 50g protein powder
- 2tsp of chia seeds, in a splash of water and then add once fluffy
- 1 ripe banana
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into a nutri-bullet or blender of some sorts and blend until a very smooth consistency
- Cook over a low heat in a fry pan
