These are great for the kiddies lunchbox or your own!! Keep them in the freezer and pull them out as they are needed.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe bananas
- 25g Protein powder (I used Botanika Blends, Caramelised popcorn)
- 2 cups uncontaminated oats (or rolled oats)
- 1 cup coconut yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 4tbs honey
- 1.5 cups Gluten Free self raising flour
- 1tsp bicarb soda
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- Blueberries
- Choc chips (I use Sweet Williams)
METHOD
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
- Place your patty pans in a 12 hole muffin tray
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or a food processor, I use electric hand beaters however you can also use a blender
- Evenly seperate the mixture in half
- Add blueberries to one half and choc chips to the second half
- Spoon the mixture into the patty pans and cook for 20-25mins or until golden brown
- Allow to cool on a wire wrack
