These are the best and yummiest way to get protein in at the start of the day. Quick and fuss free.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 40-45g protein powder, I use any of the Botanika Blends flavours
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and whiz on high for 3mins
- Pour into a well oiled, low-medium heat fry pan
- Flip when you start to see bubbles in the pancake. These do not need much cooking and be sure to keep the heat down low
