INGREDIENTS
- 500G lean beef mince
- 1/2 tbs olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic or 2tsp minced garlic
- 1tsp fresh grated ginger or from a tube
- 3 spring onions chopped on the diagonal
- 1tsp Chinese five spice
- 1.5 cups of pre cooked brown rice
- 1tbs tamari sauce
- fresh coriander
- 1tbs black sesame seeds
- chilli flakes to garnish
METHOD
- Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium heat
- Add the garlic & ginger and fry off for 1min
- Add the mince, spring onions along with the Chinese five spice, mix well and keep stirring everything through. Around 5mins of this
- Zap the mince in the microwave and add to a bowl
- Place the mince on top and than add the fresh coriander, tamari sauce, extra spring onions and black sesame seeds. Top with chilli flakes
- Balisimo!
