LEGEND OF THE WEEK

Susy started with RFT back in January in as she transitioned over from another gym. When starting out her focus was to build strength and whilst feeling comfortable in a new training environment. Over time she has slowly put a little more focus on her nutrition which she is now reaping the rewards of.

Over the past 6 months Susy has more than tripled her strength and hitting PB’s in her max effort week lifts. She has also dropped over 3kgs and adding over a kg of muscle. More importantly she is feeling better and stronger than ever!
