Aaryn started with us 4 months ago and he hasn’t looked back! When starting he wanted to begin working with a coach again as he had lost his mojo with training and wanted to build some consistency around his training and nutrition to help him gain muscle and weight.
Over the past 4 months Aaryn has gained 8kgs and over 4 kgs of muscle mass! He has also increased his strength dramatically with most of his key lifts being double from when he first started.
Since joining Aaryn has been super diligent with his exercise training a minimum 4 times per week whilst also meeting his caloric needs and hitting his protein intake which has helped create the consistency he was after and the results he was looking for.
