We get it. Have you been living in survival mode for way to long? Have you felt stuck in your fight or flight mode. It could be doing some serious damage to your long-term health and wellness. This is the point we should actually slow down.
Real Fitness knows how important slowing down is. Bring yourself into back your parasympathetic nervous system (Rest and Digest) through yoga you will be able to breathe deeper, move better and let go. We truly believe in balance. This is something we understand is so important.

It can feel quite scary closing our eyes and being with yourself for an hour, let alone trying poses you have never done in your life, whilst trying breathe plus trying to switch off the 1000s of thoughts going through the mind of everything and anything un-related to your practice. We get it. We believe within doesn’t have to be as scary or unpleasant as it may feel right now. We want to assist you in finding the environment within to be more pleasurable then it is right now.

Our yoga studio is located North-West of Sydney in an amazing location providing residents of Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Norwest, Kellyville, Glenhaven, West Pennant Hills, Glenwood, Cherrybrook, Dural, Rouse Hill an amazing, non intimidating sanctuary free from judgement.
