We offer the best variety of Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga in the Hills District

All our Yoga classes are beginner friendly practised in a calm environment where you are able to relax and unwind.

We understand how crazy our lives can be. We add so much onto our plates. For us we wanted to provide a sanctuary away from home where you can just be. Our yoga classes are the perfect remedy for stress in our very busy lives.

Tired all the time?

We get it. Have you been living in survival mode for way to long? Have you felt stuck in your fight or flight mode. It could be doing some serious damage to your long-term health and wellness. This is the point we should actually slow down.

Real Fitness knows how important slowing down is. Bring yourself into back your parasympathetic nervous system (Rest and Digest) through yoga you will be able to breathe deeper, move better and let go. We truly believe in balance. This is something we understand is so important.

Aches and Pains holding you back from movement?

When you are told due to many different injuries you will not be able to participate in things you once use to do or want to do, it can put a real halt on your health. We know the importance of movement. It is essential not just for nutrient absorption but to provide the body the chance to heal. Yoga helps steadily improving posture and alignment, assisting in reducing aches and pains. Combining this with breath your able to start moving and living more comfortably.

We combine strength training, Yoga and Nutrition for a low impact solution to losing weight. Not only are you able to lose weight but you are able to provide longevity to your joints, giving you solutions for a healthy long term sustainable lifestyle.

Real Fitness Yoga retreat away from home without actually leaving Sydney.

Not Sure about Yoga?

It can feel quite scary closing our eyes and being with yourself for an hour, let alone trying poses you have never done in your life, whilst trying breathe plus trying to switch off the 1000s of thoughts going through the mind of everything and anything un-related to your practice. We get it. We believe within doesn’t have to be as scary or unpleasant as it may feel right now. We want to assist you in finding the environment within to be more pleasurable then it is right now.

On your journey, you will be able to use the tools from Yoga to help both physical and mental health.

Yoga is definitely a practice you cannot miss.

Our yoga studio is located North-West of Sydney in an amazing location providing residents of Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Norwest, Kellyville, Glenhaven, West Pennant Hills, Glenwood, Cherrybrook, Dural, Rouse Hill an amazing, non intimidating sanctuary free from judgement.

Congratulations to this super star 🌟 Joanna B! 
Joanna joined our community a little under 3 months ago, armed with some big strength goals; including performing a bodyweight chin up. This has been the jumping off point for her training plan in which she completes:
3x PT 🏋🏻‍♀️
2-3x Sweat 🏃🏻‍♀️
Having never lifted a weight before coming to RFT, in the last week Joanna performed a:
• 50kg back squat for 8 reps
• 60kg deadlift for 6 reps
In under 3 months! This is largely due to her get in and get after it mentality; her determination and curiosity about what her body can do is unmatched and makes her a genuine delight to train.

Aside from that, Joanna brings such a warm and kind energy into the gym that is appreciated by all the staff and members, and makes us proud to have you as part of our gym, so thank you Joanna!

What’s The Most Important Part Of Your Training What’s The Most Important Part Of Your Training Plan?

Strength or Sweat? 🏋🏼💦
Yoga or Run? 🧘🏼‍♂️🏃🏼
Small daily walks or long walks a few times a week? 🚶🏼‍♀️ 🚶 

Everyone wants to know what their training plan should look like to give the best possible outcome! ✅ It’s great to be excited about training initially but over planning and underperforming will only lead to disappointment and reduce motivation! 

The truth is that the best training plan is the one you are compliant to!

COMPLIANCE always wins! 🥇 

There’s no point in planning to strength train 5x a week and run 4x a week when realistically you will only fit 3x strength and 2x runs in a regular week! 🗒 

Trying to do too much of one thing and failing to do so can cause a spiral where you just don’t do anything or do even less than you should’ve! ❌

Stick to the plan laid out by your coach, trust the process and stay COMPLIANT for the best outcomes for your health and training!
