At Real Fitness we want to make a difference to lives of the youths worldwide. We want to empower and educate them to improve their fitness, health and lifestyle.
Our aim is to create a safe, fun and effective workout in which the youth’s will learn to use fitness to improve their focus while developing a lifelong awareness of the importance of their physical health. We want to unleash their power and passion.

The youth of today seem wiser to the ways of the world but their bodies are unhealthier and deconditioned than ever. There are many demands on young people’s attention; but very few of these involve healthy levels of physical activity.
The conveniences and advances of our society seem to have paralyzed their instincts for exercise and stress release through movement. Without these basic connections of body and mind to the world around them, how can they possibly grow into conscious, healthy participants in society?
That’s why we created the Real Fitness Youth Exercise Initiative. Our programs offer a fun high-energy total body workout that is performed in a safe, non-intimidating environment that enables everyone the chance to train no matter their fitness level. Our program incorporates the F.I.T.T. principles of strength, interval, power and endurance training with the additional option of yoga. Come and get F.I.T.T
