You shouldn’t have to go at it alone. The first step in getting started with RFT is a Blueprint Session. It can be quite intimidating walking into a gym for the first time unsure of how it works and what will work best for you. Our focus in this session is establishing how we can best assist you on your journey to better health and wellness.

Our goal is to help you get to your goals. We listen, we advise and we coach. Your goals become our goals and we promise to help you get your health back on track.
In a Blueprint Session, one of our expert coaches will sit down with you to find out exactly how we can help you. Here we will go through:
- Your past exercise and nutrition history. We do this so we can work out what you have done before so we can establish your baseline.
- We will discuss your current health and wellness, where you feel like you are currently at.
- We will delve deep into your goals and find out exactly what it is you wish to achieve.
- From there we will explain how RFT can help you and create the perfect program for you that is going to help you get there in the fastest but safest way possible.
By doing this it allows us to make sure you get the best training program for you, set expectations and timeframes to hit your goals. It is also a great chance for you to get to know us, find out what RFT is all about, have a tour of the studio. We guarantee that you’ll be able to see that we are not your average gym – we are with you every step of the way!
