Legend of the week: Meet Cheong L!
This legend has been on the gain train with his strength!
Just over 4 weeks ago Cheong and myself had chat and he was looking to improve his chin up. So we tested it at the start of the 4 weeks and he could only do two straight whilst maintaining technique, so he set the goal of wanting to do 5 straight in 6 weeks.
His training over the past 4 weeks has been centred around being able to control and use his lats through the chin up. Last week after 4 weeks of working strong at this goal we tested to see where he was at and managed to get 9 straight chin ups which absolutely amazing!
Not only this he managed to hit a PB on his back squat and trapbar deadlift of 110kg
Cheong the whole of RFT and myself are amazed at your efforts over the past 4 weeks! Keep it brother can’t wait to see what we can achieve in this next block!
