Drum Roll Please!! Your legend of the month for March is Warrick T!
Warrick has had an unbelievable first 4 months with RFT! Warrick kicked it off with RFT back in November with his focus being on dropping body fat and make strength training apart of his lifestyle for the first time!
He brought the intensity straight off the bat by quickly applying what he was learning about behaviour changes to benefit his lifestyle.With Warrick we have focused on nailing the basics to help him reach his desired outcome.
This consisted of ensuring he does:
2 Strength sessions per week.
2 Conditioning Sessions per week to complement his baseball and cycling.
Hitting a minimum of 8500 steps per day as an average for the week.
Consuming over 2L of water per day.
Warrick’s ability to be adherent & stick to this week in & week out has resulted in him:
Dropping 6.5kgs in body weight
Loosing 8.3kgs in body fat mass
Loosing 6% body fat
Adding 1kg of muscle mass
Increased his inbody score by 8
Dropped 3 levels on his visceral fat score and sits within a healthy range
Massive strength gains with Warrick coming from limited strength training experience to now tripling his numbers on all of his 3 key lifts (Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift) from when he started!
