SERVES 8
INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole broccoli, chopped and placed in a food processor
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic
- 1tsp chilli flakes, optional
- 1/2 bunch of basil, fresh
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper

METHOD
- Pre heat your oven to 180 fan forced
- Place just the chopped broccoli and garlic in the food processor and once completely whizzed lay between a few layers of paper towel and ring the excess water out
- In a large mixing bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Once well combined line a round pizza tray and place the mixture on top and even out with your hands. Moulding it into a round pizza base shape as you go
- Once evenly spread you can place it in the oven for around 8-10mins and then pull it out and top with your favourite toppings and place it back in the oven
