Need some meat that will last you the week? This lamb shoulder is so easy, you simply put it on and forget. At the end of it you have lovely tender lamb for the week. Add it to a wrap, salad or on it’s own and it is so enjoyable!
SERVES 6 – pending on the weight
- 1 Lamb shoulder (try and get it with the bone in it!)
- 500ml bone broth
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1tsp of Harrisa spice
- pepper & salt
- 1 leek & 1 carrot chopped, optional
- In the slow cooker add the liquid and peel and crush the garlic cloves
- Add the rest of the ingredients and put the setting on high.
- Leave for 6hrs.
