INGREDIENTS
- 1 lamb shoulder (depending on number of people you are cooking for on how big the should needs to be)
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 2 springs of fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2tbs olive oil
- pepper + salt to season
METHOD
Once the lamb is completely dressed in the marinade, place in the slow cooker on HIGH for 6hrs. In the last 1.5hrs I like to throw in some root vegetables and maybe half and onion. I always serve with fresh broccolini or your favourite greens. Beans are another good choice. This is probably the most easiest recipe for winter by far, put it on and leave it for 6hrs. How convienent is that. And who doesn’t have these ingredients already in their kitchen.
