‼️🏆Legend of the week Kellie Burns🏆‼️
Kellie’s method of weight loss had been low carbohydrates and excessive amount of HIIT / cardio but this wasn’t 🚫working anymore for Kellie after a mid-life hormonal level change.
After pushing a boulder up hill for a little too long Kellie decided it was time to sit down with co-founder and coach Vicky to re-evaluate and re-assess where she was at and set a new plan!
Vicky set the plan with more carbohydrates, more food, daily macro tracking, more strength training and less HIIT but more LISS (more walking) and explained to Kellie that she must trust the process!
Kellie did exactly that! 👍She followed the plan, even on weeks where she didn’t feel a win and 8 weeks later 6kgs are gone!
What an amazing achievement. This is all due to Kellie’s persistency and consistency with what was needed to be done, day in & day out. 🙌🙌 With another goal set for 🐣 Easter time and Kellie is truly embracing her journey! Kellie is feeling more confident with the new winning formula ➕➕ not feeling worn out and deprived to get a result! She is actually feeling like she is doing less but still getting the results she deserves!
🏆😃We are so proud of you Kel. Implementing and sticking with it even on the weeks that you don’t feel like you are getting anywhere is tough but truly rewarding when you can look back now, 8 weeks later with 6 kgs down and feeling great!
