Need to shake up your protein smoothies? Sick of the same ol’ same ol’? Try the Yeah Mango and it will leave you wanting more.
- Half a frozen mango
- Add water or milk to your desired amount ( I use 400ml however I am roughly 60kgs anyone bigger or more intense workout will want to add more liquid)
- 40g of Caramelised popcorn, Botanika Blends Protein (if you are a vegetarian think about adding another 1/2 scoop of protein)
- 1/4 – 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 drops of maple syrup
Place all ingredients into the blender and whiz for a good 2mins. Enjoy your protein smoothie let us know what you think? Feel free to add the toppings which are frozen and fresh fruit as well as a paleo granola. A paleo mix is higher in fat rather than carbohydrates. Enjoy!
