INGREDIENTS
- 2cups Beef Bone Broth
- 55g poached chicken
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic
- sprinkle of chilli flakes or fresh chilli
- 2 bunches of boy choy, roughly chopped
- a handful of fresh coriander
METHOD
Boil water in a saucepan and once the water is boiling add chicken breasts. Poach until chicken is cooked. In another saucepan heat 2 cups of liquid bone broth with the garlic cloves, chop the box chop up roughly and sprinkle in chilli flakes. add salt + pepper for flavour and then add the poached chicken. Once cooked add the fresh coriander to the top.
