Need a healthier option for Sunday pancakes? Easy, peasy lemon squeezy!!
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 40g Botanika Blends protein powder (or any raw protein powder you have or like!)
I like to use an electric blender to mix these ingredients together. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and whiz together until you have a smooth consistency. It is that easy! This recipe will make four medium sized pancakes which depending on you daily calorie/macronutrient intake is one serving for me! Top with your favourite dressings, mine has coconut yoghurt & peanut butter on it with maple syrup and blueberries.
