INGREDIENTS
- salmon fillets
- sweet potato
- zucchini noodles
- eggplant
Marinade for the Salmon
serves 4
1/4 cup tamari sauce
1/2tsp ginger + garlic
pinch chilli flakes
1tsp raw honey
METHOD
Marinate the salmon first and set aside. miss all ingredients first a large mixing bowl and then add the salmon. Fire up the bbq and lightly coat the egg plant and sweet potato that has been finely sliced with coconut oil spray and add them to the grill or a frypan if you are cooking inside. Then add the salmon to the bbq. cook for 10-12mins depending on how big your fillets are. With the noddles use a frypan too lightly cook them and add some pepper and salt and garlic and chilli flakes for extra flavour. Once your salmon is done you are ready to plate up.
