
MEET LUKE SRDANOVIC.
Luke started with RFT back in September since then Luke has come leaps and bounds in his health and wellness journey. Luke has made a conscious effort to consistently come to 3 semi private sessions a week to help him function, look and feel better.
Over the past 3 months Luke has:
✅ Added 57.5 kg to his front squat and doubled his bent over row.
✅ Added 37.5 kg to his back squat.
✅ Pushed himself to his limits each session.
✅ Made conscious food choices to assist in reducing his body fat for better long term health.
✅ Bringing a wealth of enthusiasm to each session and the desire to improve each week.
Luke has achieved all this in 3 months whilst also owning his own business and working long hours.
