INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
- 1 cup coconut water or filtered
- 1/2 cups cashew milk or almond
- 6 tbs cacao & hazelnut ‘Botanika Blends‘ protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1tbs tahini or peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup frozen ice
NAKED CHOCOLATE SAUCE
- 1tbs tahini or peanut butter
- 1tbs coconut oil , melted
- 1/2tbs of melted dark chocolate (I use loving earth)
- 1tbs boiled water
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
METHOD
Combine chocolate sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth and silky. Line the top and the inside of the glasses with the chocolate sauce and then dip the top of the glass into shredded coconut. Combine the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into the chocolate coated glass and enjoy straight away.
