Ingredients
- 4 medjool dates
- 1 cup almond meal or flour
- 2tsp maple syrup
- 1 cup of melted cacao butter or coconut oil
- 2tbs cacao powder
- 1 scoop cacao hazelnut protein powder ‘Botanika Blends‘
Method
place all ingredients in the food processor, melt the cacao butter and whiz all contents until it makes a good consistency. This will make 12 balls in total add double the ingredients for more. trust me they don’t last long. keep them refrigerated and you will understand why they are called ‘fudge’, so delicious. CAUTION: These little guys are very addictive and are quite high in calories so be sure to limit your intake on a daily basis.
