Do you need to increase your protein in this hot weather and don’t feel like a big, hot juicy steak?
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- ‘Botanika’ protein powder ‘cacao & mint ‘ x2 scoops
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- ½ cup almond milk or any milk
- cacao nibs
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth. This will serve two people, feel free to change the flavour depending on your protein powder and taste.
I’ll make this on weekends when it’s nice and hot and I know my protein is low, it’s like a nice refreshing treat to add to my eating regime.
