Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 banana
- 1⁄2 avocado
- Handful of spinach (fresh or frozen) or 1 scoop of greens powder
- 1 serving natural plant based protein powder of choice we use 180 or Amazonia
- 1 date, pitted
- 300ml plant-based unsweetened milk of choice (coconut, hemp, almond, cashew)
- 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
Method
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
