Are you missing bread since you have started to be more conscious of your food choices. There is nothing like an easy bread to make/eat that actually contains nutrients. Enjoy this SUPER EASY nutrient dense yummy bread. Make a loaf or two and store some in the freezer!

2 cups almond flour
5 eggs
2 TBSP flax meal or psyllium husk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup oil of choice (I used olive oil, can also use avocado oil or maybe macadamia oil)
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Bake for 40 minutes on 175°c in a loaf mould. I used a silicone mould to avoid sticking.
- Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the mould or attempting to slice it.
- I topped mine with sesame and poppy seeds 😊 you can use whatever you want to decorate the top.
