These raw bliss balls are a delightful explosion to the taste buds and a great recipe for your Sunday meal prep plan!!
- 3tbs almond butter
- 2tbs honey
- 1 shot of espresso coffee
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1/4 chocolate protein powder (180 nutrition)
- 2tbs organic cacao powder or carob powder
- 1/2cup almond meal
Combine in a food processor and roll into bite sized balls. Place on a tray and let them sit in the fridge to set for 30-35mins. Make the chocolate topping by simply melting dark, loving earth chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Once the bliss balls have set drizzle the chocolate topping over the top with a teaspoon, sprinkle with descecated coconut.
