Raw Espresso Cacao Balls

Need an innocent caffeine hit?? Or a 3pm “pick me up”?

These raw bliss balls are a delightful explosion to the taste buds and a great recipe for your Sunday meal prep plan!!

  • 3tbs almond butter
  • 2tbs honey
  • 1 shot of espresso coffee
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 chocolate protein powder (180 nutrition)
  • 2tbs organic cacao powder or carob powder
  • 1/2cup almond meal

Combine in a food processor and roll into bite sized balls. Place on a tray and let them sit in the fridge to set for 30-35mins. Make the chocolate topping by simply melting dark, loving earth chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Once the bliss balls have set drizzle the chocolate topping over the top with a teaspoon, sprinkle with descecated coconut.
