Smoothie bowls are a fantasic invention and so damn delicious. Added to the mix was home made, gluten free muesli, coconut flakes and strawberries. It was an explosion of flavour!
Ingredients:
200g coconut yoghurt
125ml almond milk/coconut milk
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp rice malt syrup
2-3 ice cubes
Whiz in the blender until smooth and enjoy!
