This use to be my drug choice- chewing this would help my anxiety and bad breath all at the same time.
Little did I know how addictive it actually was and what it was doing to my insides.
Now I know, its only a small thing that you do that makes you feel better, or is a habit that makes you feel more comfortable- but if you were like me and do it daily almost after every meal then you have to understand what your actually chewing.
I know that feeling your feeling like what else do I have to cut out, but to be honest these things never existed until we humans made it.
Like I always say get off it for a good month and see if you can see the difference. You are your own experiment.
I cut out all artificial sweetners out of my life but yet was still chewing sugarfree gum which had the worst offenders ‘aspartme’ and with big bold writing CONTAINS PHENYLALANINE.
This was worst then the once a week Coke Zero that I use to do because it was daily almost every second of the day.
Phenylalanine is a hidden danger to anyone consuming aspartame. Most consumers don’t know that too much Phenylalanine is a neurotoxin and excites the neurons in the brain to the point of cellular death.
ADD/ADHD, emotional and behavioral disorders can all be triggered by too much Phenylalanine in the daily diet. If you are one in ten thousand people who are PKU or carry the PKU gene, Phenylalanine can cause irreversible brain damage and death, especially when used in high quantities or during pregnancy. Phenylalanine is 50% of aspartame, and to the degree humans consume diet products, Phenylalanine levels are reaching a dangerous peak.
It is important to learn about the ingredients within your foods, especially isolated amino acids like Phenylalanine. They are in combination within nature for a reason – they don’t belong in isolated form for the healthy human diet.
Quite simpleI believe we having too much toxins, and asarptme which serverly affecting not just our taste but our behviors, nervous system and insides. Life can be stressful, life can be seriously busy, this alone makes the body highly acidic. So for me I prefer to try and do the best I can with my foods to avoiding being more acidic then I need to.
