ANZAC BISCUITS

These are so bloody good that it is unfair to restrict them to one day of the year! These are an all year round biscuit for any Australian household.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Pre heat the oven at 160 degrees, fan forced
  2. Combine oats, coconut, spelt flour, coconut sugar and bicarb soda into a mixing bowl
  3. Add oil, maple syrup and the hot water and mix together well
  4. Line two baking trays with baking paper
  5. Make small balls and place on the trays and than flatten with your palm
  6. Cook for 20-30 mins, sometimes they may need longer
