SERVES 4
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 bunches of Bok Choy 🥬
- 250g snow peas
- fresh garlic
- fresh ginger
- small chilli 🌶 optional
- 1/2 cup of Tamari sauce
- 2tbs honey
- pepper & salt
METHOD
- Marinate the salmon in the tamari, honey, ginger & garlic, chilli and pepper & salt for at least an hour or more
- Chop the greens. Cut the bottom of the bok choy and than keep the stalks on and cut them in half and than “top and tail” the snow peas
- Cook the salmon first in the pan and right before they are done add in the greens. If you are like me they DO NOT need long.
- Serve and Whola what a healthy dinner for the family!
